For some reason whatever It may be I can't beat this mission. I've tried with groups of different people ex. 2 MO, 2 ELE, etc. I have Ursan but I'm only rank 1 in Norn.

You can H/H with any build, any class...

However, if you are a ranger (or have a ranger hero) bring lots of interrupts vs the Terrorwebs. Pull groups carefully in the evil fleshy stomach area at the start too - the leftmost path through there is the quickest, BTW.

Dazing the ele boss spiders helps alot, if for some reason you can't do this put Prot Spirit on a Warrior (ideally, though anyone will do), and have them absorb a few hits (not tanking, but absorbing the brunt of the initial offense). It's not too hard, even in HM.

Focus on interrupting the Terrorwebs, or do as Marty suggests. If you don't do either, it's gg basically.

A Power Block mesmer can also completely disable a Terrorweb for a period of time...since it's so insanely easy to hit Meteor Shower with it.

Perhaps a Daze-spreading Ranger combined with a Power Block & Power Return Mesmer?

If it's the torment mobs giving you trouble, learn to prioritise targets properly. For instance, the Words of Madness really aren't very good monks, so you can often get away with killing a few more threatening foes first before their Signet of Devotion spamming becomes a problem. Take some anti-blocking skills for the Arms...maybe spread some blind around.

This mission is god damn impossible. I've tried H/H, tried with people, no luck at all. Some experienced people on this mission could REALLY help.

Gate of Pain is easy. Just need have like r3-4 LB title should do fine.

I believe the environment effect is also anti-spam since you lose health every time you use a skill. I was hating it when I went through as my Searing Flames nuker
Focus on bring skills that you don't have to spam alot to lessen the healing requirement. I switched my fire Ele to Searing Heat and mark of rodgort for some nice burning with wanding between spell recharges.

When facing the dryders try to interrupt M Shower and spread out your party. Kind of tough in the first hallway ot two but gets easier. There are usually two at a time so target 1 interrupt hero on 1 while rest of the party focus on the other.

For the Margo's I usually went after the Derv early since he seems to like to wipe out the henchie monks quickly. The Mesmer or Monk next, then the warrior and paragon after that. I do the Ranger-Arm of Insanity last since his blocking is very annoying and can be slow to die. Just kill his QZ to save energy.
I did it before Sabway and Ursan and it wasn't too bad. LB rank and LB gaze help out alot as well.

I thought this mission was fairly simple. Had someone from my alliance run it through with me (a Paragon) and Reanimate Olias and Masters of Whispers, Pyromancered Vekk, Khim and Dunkoro healered out.

I had no problem with this mission, didn't die once, and got no special instructions from my party member like Wait here or don't hit anything. We just went straight through it, got masters finished it in about 10 minutes.

The two missions which I hate with a passion is Dzagur Bastion (have not completed this yet with my Dervish) and the Nunda Bay Mission (Took me three times to beat it, but then again each time we got close to beating it with masters than my dumby of a party member decides to just run in against Harbinger of Nightfall instead of Pull him, we wipe except him he gets away but has no Rez. Third time I did got someone from my alliance and it was a piece of cake with no deaths.)

I am only Rank 2 LB and the person who ran it with me is not Ursan yet. I do not have terrific gear just some regular 80 AL armor.

yeah, bring interrupt ranger and lock her to the dryders. if there are two dryders, lock one on the ranger and finish of the other. make sure the dryders are isolated from the tormented group.

if you're going for masters the mission takes longer becoz the emissary of dhuums fight is hard, sometime u just have to wait for it to become isolated (the one in the castle ) .

"Need" doesn't even come into it. This mission is a piece of cake with the right skills and no Lightbringer rank.

Or give ur BHA ranger epidemic, i noticed that the dryders stand next to each other allowing me to spread daze around quite easily. Take either some AoE or Sabs MM and the dryders are rendered useless.

I have been trying to H/H this in HM and am having trouble.

I am a Sin and take Gaze, PwrSpike, and PainInverter.
Heros: Dunk as a WoH Heal/Prot, Pyre as BHA Interrupter, and MasterOfWhisperers as SS.
Hench: Mhenlo, Kihm, Herta and Odurra.

I have no trouble with that team completing mission in NM for Masters, but even the first group of tormented lvl 30s gives me trouble. I have yet to get to the first bridge without consumables.

I did try a run with consumables (all 3) and was doing fine until I wiped inside the castle over aggroing the dryders and the tormented, which all pulled together, and brought the Dhuum.

But I'd hate to keep using consumables to get this done if it can be done without them. Any tips appreciated.

Actually I did it recently and took H/H with an interrupt heroe ranger with Broad Head Arrow. that made things very, very easy.

When I did NF on my ranger, I equipped him with Incendiary Arrows (it's a pain to cap, I'd not waste my time getting it just for the mission, but if you already have it, TAKE IT!). Burning AND interruption? Heaven...

I used H/H -
Myself as a HB/HP monk
R/Mes Interrupt with BHA, distracting shot, winter, epidemic (spreads daze), guilt, mistrust.
SF ele
Dunkoro on ZB/Prot
Devona, Cynn, Herta and Sogolon.

Job Done.
